The time shown on the website or on your ticket is the approximate start time of the activities and not the time when you will be picked up from your hotel (or closest meeting point). At least a few days before the date of your first activity, you need to make sure to contact the tour operator to confirm your pick-up location and pick-up time for all the activities included in the package. Your pick-up time can be anytime between 8:10 AM and 9:30 AM, depending on the activity and where you are staying.

The sequence of your programme depends on your chosen start date. Select from seven start‑day options when booking, and be sure to review the associated end date, which may differ based on your selection.

All itinerary timings are approximate and may vary without prior notice, depending on operational circumstances and traffic.

The tours will be guided in the language you have booked, however please note that at times, depending on operational circumstances, the commentary might be provided by a multilingual guide (limited to a maximum of 2 languages).

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
