CITY HALL. You'll be seeing the Queen Elizabeth II Court, a city block containing Regina City Hall, a 16-storey office tower in Regina.

SHERWOOD DEPARTMENT STORE. This building was home to the Sherwood department store. We'll tell you a bit about this famous store.

BALFOUR APARTMENTS. The Balfour apartments, the ominous building you'll be visiting, was completed in 1930.

As you can see, the first Baptist church, located just south of Victoria park, is pretty darn big!

LAND TITLES BUILDING. Welcome to the first public building commissioned by the new provincial government, the Land Titles Building.

HOTEL SASKATCHEWAN. You'll be looking at Hotel Saskatchewan, a municipal heritage property that was built in 1927 for the Canadian Pacific Railway.

FEDERAL BUILDING. Set on the corner of Victoria and Scarth, the distinctive federal building is, as you can see, prominently situated opposite Victoria Park.

MOTHERWELL BUILDING. The Motherwell Building is a municipal heritage property, and as you'll see is located prominently at the corner of Victoria Avenue and Rose Street.

LEADER BUILDING. Constructed in 1912, it was the fourth home of the Regina Leader newspaper.

CONEXUS PLAZA. Beautiful building isn't it!? You'll be looking at the Conexus Plaza, home of the Conexus Credit Union.

OLD POST OFFICE. Welcome to the old post office. This building is one of the oldest remaining structures in the downtown area.

NORTHERN CROWN BANK. The Northern Crown Bank is a provincial heritage building, and the oldest commercial building in Regina's central business district.

WILLOUGHBY AND DUNCAN BUILDING remains in the commercial core of the city, an area which features the largest concentration of early commercial architecture in the downtown Regina area.

The twin towers are arguably Regina's most distinctive skyscrapers. Tower one sits on the site of the original Mccallum Hill building, Regina's tallest building and first skyscraper.

REGINA CENOTAPH. Welcome to the Regina Cenotaph. The war memorial was originally built to honour Regina's fallen hero's of World War One.

SIR JOHN A MACDONALD, also known as the 'Father of Confederation', was the first Prime Minister of Canada.

The large church you'll be looking at is the Knox metropolitan United church. The church continues to play an important role in Regina's heritage as it is is the home to two of the city's oldest congregations.

Featuring two locations in the Central and Sherwood libraries, the Dunlop Art Gallery has been a feature of the Regina public library since the 1960's.

The land was originally a two block public reserve set aside in 1883, which became a popular recreational area and gathering place for families.

MEMORIAL HALL. We'll tell you about the building constructed between 1947 and 1951. This branch of the Royal Canadian Legion was actually the first in Canada to receive a charter.

CANADA LIFE ASSURANCE COMPANY BUILDING, built way back in 1914 once served as the Saskatchewan headquarters for the Ontario based Canada Life Assurance Company.

REGINA TELEPHONE EXCHANGE. The historical value of the old building lies in its association with the development and expansion of telephone service in Saskatchewan.

SASKATCHEWAN REVENUE BUILDING. You'll hear how this building, built by the Saskatchewan Cooperative Elevator Company, was one of the first major agricultural cooperatives in Saskatchewan.

The church was constructed in 1894 and replaced the first Saint Paul's church.

Hear how the SASKATCHEWAN GOVERNMENT INSURANCE COMPANY , also known as SGI was created in 1945 as a provincial crown corporation.

UNION STATION. Constructed in 1911 by the Canadian Pacific Railway, aka CPR, Union Station accommodated both the rail service and the divisional headquarters.

REGINA RIOT. The Regina Police headquarters you'll see here was the originating location of the infamous 1935 Regina riot.

OLD NO. 1 FIREHALL. The old number 1 fire hall is a uniquely designed building that was finished in 1921.

MUNICIPAL JUSTICE BUILDING. The building we're looking for may or may not be there. You see, as of this recording, it's been slated for destruction by the city, but a group of locals are trying to save it.
