Buckwheat noodles making experience x 100% gluten-free ingredients plan The basics of our shop are (usually) 28 buckwheat noodles with 80% buckwheat flour and 20% flour, but this is the plan without the original wheat flour of buckwheat! [Plan with soba making & tempura made only with 100% buckwheat flour] *All ingredients used in this plan are gluten-free.
