The workshop takes place inside The Art Lab, a cozy local creative studio in Gazi, one of Athens’ most vibrant neighborhoods. Instead of following one fixed design, each traveler can personalize their candle with their own colors, scent, layers, and decorative wax “toppings.”
It’s beginner-friendly, relaxed, and highly visual, making it perfect for travelers who want a creative break from sightseeing, beautiful photos, and a unique handmade souvenir to take home from Athens.

During this hands-on dessert-style candle-making workshop in Athens, travelers will create their own candle inspired by sweet treats, such as cakes, cookies, lattes, whipped desserts, or colorful dessert cups. First, they will choose the style, colors, scent, and decorative elements for their candle.
