Please note that for bookings completed after 18:00, due to processing time limitations, we are unable to send "Guide Information" and "Departure Notices" on the same day, and we appreciate your kind understanding.

【Luggage Policy】 Each passenger may bring one piece of luggage free of charge. Additional luggage will incur an on-site fee of JPY 2,000 per item, payable to the driver/guide. Please indicate the number of luggage items when placing your order. If not informed in advance, the driver/guide has the right to deny boarding, and the tour fee will not be refunded.

【Meeting Point】 Please confirm the meeting point in advance and arrive early to avoid missing departure. This is a shared tour, and to ensure fairness and a smooth itinerary, the vehicle will depart on time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated. Once confirmed, the meeting point cannot be changed. If you fail to board due to personal changes to the meeting location, no refund will be issued.
