For about an hour, we discover together the Alsatian landscapes, the history of local wine, the geology and geography of the terroir, as well as winemaking practices, including biodynamics. The return to the cellar marks the beginning of the second stage.
The visit to the cellar lasts about an hour. I present you in detail the area, the different methods of winemaking of red, white and Crémants wines, while sharing anecdotes and misconceptions that make this experience unique.

Itinéraire
The route begins with a walk in the vineyard. Here we make the geology , the role of climate and the principles of biodynamic cultivation concrete. You will understand how the work of the winemaker and his terroir shape the identity of a wine even before harvest.
We will continue in the heart of the cellars for an educational visit. From harvest to bottling, I explain the key steps in the transformation of grapes into wine. We will deal without taboo with often complex topics: breeding, yeasts or the question of sulphites in wine. The goal: to understand everything without unnecessary jargon.
We will finish with a tasting of 6 Alsatian wines (Crémant, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer.....
