The Marble Mountains
Located just 9 km south of Da Nang City, the Marble Mountains (Ngũ Hành Sơn) are a cluster of five striking limestone and marble hills named after the five elements: Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, and Earth. Among them, Thuy Son (Water Mountain) is the largest and most visited, offering a rich blend of spirituality, history, and natural beauty. You can climb stone steps or take an elevator to reach ancient Buddhist pagodas, mysterious cave shrines, and scenic viewpoints overlooking the coastline. Notable highlights include Huyen Khong Cave, with beams of sunlight piercing through the roof, and Tam Thai Pagoda, dating back to the 17th century. At the foot of the mountains lies a traditional stone-carving village, where skilled artisans craft intricate sculptures from marble—a centuries-old tradition. The Marble Mountains are not just a natural wonder but also a cultural and religious landmark, offering a peaceful and enriching experience for all who visit.

Da Nang Museum of Cham Sculpture
Located in the heart of Da Nang City, the Museum of Cham Sculpture is the world’s largest and most comprehensive collection of Cham art. Established in 1915 and officially opened in 1919 by French archaeologists, the museum showcases nearly 2,000 artifacts, with about 500 on permanent display. The building itself is a unique blend of French colonial architecture and Cham decorative elements, creating a fitting atmosphere for the exhibits. The museum’s collection spans from the 5th to the 15th centuries, featuring intricately carved sandstone and terracotta statues, altars, and bas-reliefs depicting Hindu deities like Shiva, Vishnu, and Brahma, as well as Buddhist figures. Notable treasures include the My Son E1 altar, Tra Kieu altar, and the bronze Tara Bodhisattva statue. Exhibits are arranged by region and theme, offering insight into the spiritual and artistic life of the ancient Champa Kingdom.

Hoi An
Hoi An Ancient Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is a timeless jewel on Vietnam's central coast. This historic town enchants visitors with its well-preserved architecture, reflecting a blend of Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, and French influences. Strolling through its narrow, lantern-lit streets, you'll encounter centuries-old temples, charming wooden shophouses, and serene courtyards adorned with vibrant bougainvillea. The bustling riverside market and ancient trading port speak to Hoi An's rich mercantile history, where silk, spices, and ceramics once flowed through its heart. By day, explore the town's numerous tailor shops, art galleries, and cozy cafés. By night, the town transforms into a magical wonderland, with colorful lanterns casting a warm glow over the Thu Bon River. Hoi An also offers a rich culinary journey, famed for its street food and local specialties like cao lau and white rose dumplings.

My Son
My Son Sanctuary is a remarkable archaeological site located in a lush valley about 40 km from Hoi An and 70 km from Da Nang. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it was once the spiritual center of the Champa Kingdom, which thrived between the 4th and 13th centuries. This ancient complex consists of over 70 red-brick tower temples dedicated primarily to the Hindu god Shiva, known locally as Bhadresvara. The architecture reflects deep Indian influence, with intricate carvings, symbolic sculptures, and a unique mortarless brick construction technique that still puzzles modern engineers. The towers are grouped into clusters, each featuring a main sanctuary, a gate tower, and a meditation hall. Although many structures were damaged during wartime, several key towers and carvings remain well-preserved, offering a glimpse into Cham spiritual and artistic traditions. Visitors can enjoy scenic jungle surroundings, cultural dance performances, and the peaceful atmosphere.
