The experience will consist of two basic phases: The first will be dedicated to a tour of the historic markets of the Langhe where, with my decades of experience as a chef, I will guide you in choosing and appreciating the various local ingredients according to seasonality. The second part will be a cooking class in my Alba workshop with the ingredients purchased together. We will prepare a three-course lunch, during which I will explain the recipes and teach the techniques that make the gastronomy of the Langhe special.
The whole experience will be an opportunity to explore the history and culture of the Langhe through two of its cornerstones: cooking and food.
