Your journey begins with a visit to the legendary Cu Chi Tunnels, an immense underground network used by Vietnamese soldiers during the Vietnam War. After exploring the Cu Chi Tunnels, you’ll head to the peaceful countryside of Mỹ Tho, one of the gateway cities to the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival, you'll board a traditional wooden boat and cruise along the mighty Mekong River. Enjoy the scenic views of lush palm trees, stilted riverside houses, and local fishing boats. You’ll stop at small islands where local families live and work. Visit a coconut candy workshop, see how locals make honey tea, and sample tropical fruits freshly picked from the garden. Then, relax as you glide through narrow canals in a hand-rowed sampan—a signature Mekong experience.
