The Croation speciality Peka is a delicious option for lunch or dinner and, as this tour is flexible, you get to choose what time you eat!
Named for the bell-like dome that meat and fresh veggies are cooked under, Peka is a hearty and delicious meat and vegetable dish. It may seem simple at first glance but cooking it requires great skill and experience. The domed lid, shaped like a cupola, can be made of metal or cast iron, but true connoisseurs prefer earthenware.
