Nestled among the gentle hills of Volterra, surrounded by breathtaking views of unspoiled nature, our cooking classes teach you how to prepare traditional Tuscan dishes. Our fresh pasta course will guide you through the preparation of three traditional pasta shapes: a stuffed pasta and two types of egg pasta. Afterwards, the pasta you have made during the course will be cooked and served, enhanced by traditional sauces. Lunch or dinner will be served with excellent Diacceroni wine.
