Copenhagen King's New Square
Kongens Nytorv is a centrally located square in Copenhagen, Denmark, at the end of the pedestrian street Strøget. The largest and best square in the city, it was laid out by Christian V in 1670 in connection with an extension of the fortified city, and has an equestrian statue of him in the centre.
