Lively, lively and eventful, Stroget Street is Copenhagen’s largest shopping street!

Gammeltorv
Here, on your left, is the oldest square in town. It was once the Point of Sale, where pork, poultry and eggs were sold.

Church of the Holy Spirit
This is the oldest church in the city, built in the 13th century! Formerly part of the former Catholic monastery, this church was devastated by the fire of 1728, which destroyed several buildings in the Danish capital.

Hoejbro Plads
It is one of the central squares of Copenhagen. Built after the fire of 1795, it was used as a firebreak to prevent further fires.

You are currently in the Kobmagergade. This shopping street reveals many beautiful buildings, such as the one on this level, on your right, at number 42.

Here you are in the beautiful square of Grabrodretorv, characterized by its buildings with bright colors. It takes its name in 1841, but it is much older than that.
