Hassane & Dounia Moroccan family based in Marrakech we are very happy to Join us for an authentic Moroccan cooking class in our cozy Flat studio in local Area. As we both we love to cook especially Moroccan dishes so if you wish to get this great souvenir or you have a passion about cooking we will be very happy to welcome you to our cooking experience in Marrakech. We’ll guide you through the process of preparing traditional Moroccan dishes. We’ll cook together show you all the steps behind Moroccan cooking after you will enjoya delicious meal you loved one or with your family.

Itinerary
Welcome to our cooking Class in Marrakech with a local family based in Marrakech our Flat by the Airpor tour hands-on cooking class in our cozy flat kitchen . You'll prepare practice two typical traditional Moroccan salads and one Moroccan signature dish (Tagine) and refrshing desert : 1- Taktouka salad (tomatoes, green peppers, and spices) 2- Zaalouk (smoked eggplant)
Then, you'll learn to make a classic Chicken Tagine (with preserved lemons, olives, and spices) or vegetable tagine (vegan tagine).
For dessert, we will prepare and enjoy a refreshing Orange with cinnamon slice with vanilla.
We’ll finish with a lesson on making traditional Moroccan mint tea, then sit down to enjoy the me...
