In this class, under the guidance of an instructor, participants learn about ingredients and cooking methods while actually cooking together.
The kitchen studio is a renovated 90 year old house where you can enjoy the wonderful atmosphere.
The instructor is a local who grew up eating Japanese home cooking every day. She is a certified dietary education instructor and has over 5 years of experience teaching cooking classes at home and at school.
