We offer you the opportunity to make and enjoy Bara Sushi, a traditional dish from Okayama. Okayama's Bara Sushi is a beautiful and delicious local dish, made with over 10 ingredients including fish and vegetables from the region, which are either simmered or pickled in vinegar, and then placed on sushi rice. The ingredients will be prepared by local housewives who have been making Bara Sushi for many years, so even if you have no cooking experience, you can still enjoy the experience. It’s a chance to experience authentic traditional food culture from real local life.
