Itinerary
Your experience will start around 10.30 AM or 4PM, when I will meet you at my place downtown Parma. The class goes through the preparation of an entire meal, the Italian way, dessert included, while munching on Parmigiano and tasting a couple of slices of Prosciutto.
The class ends at approximately 2:30 PM or 8PM, after your lunch/dinner with local wine and a good chat.
