Join a relaxed and hands-on Aegean cooking workshop in a family home in Karaova, Kuşadası, where the day unfolds over local stories, garden views, and delicious regional dishes you won’t find in tourist restaurants. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with tea or coffee on a balcony overlooking the pool before heading into the kitchen to prepare two traditional recipes — chosen based on the season.
Dishes may include sautéed wild Aegean greens, yogurtlu paşa böreği, slow-cooked keşkek, tangy black-eyed peas with pomegranate, yuvalama soup, or rustic vegetables roasted over wood fire. You’ll cook together in a laid-back atmosphere, then enjoy the meal outdoors by the pool.
