Is there a best way to discover a local culture than meeting with locals and sharing food? Get a first-hand experience of Thessaloniki and greek gastronomy, by preparing and cooking yourself a dinner with a local!
Specifically, in our cooking class: - we’ll be learning to cook 3 of the 6 traditional dishes in a relaxed atmosphere - actively preparing step by step the traditional pie and the rest of dishes! - discuss all about food: Its story and origin, the customs of the people that were cooking it, historical tips about the local cuizine etc -enjoying together our food in a cozy atmosphere! - getting the recipe of our tasty salty zucchini pie to include it back home in your cuizine!
