Please keep it saved with you. You have to show it when getting into the bus. You can reach the Bastian Mawatha Bus Stand in Colombo 30 Minutes prior to the departure time. You can see "Kandy" board displayed there. Bus is parked at this place. You can see the bus number plate which is mentioned in your e-ticket and get into the bus.
