Your journey begins with a scenic 5–6 hour drive from Kathmandu or Pokhara to Chitwan, passing through lush hills, winding rivers, and charming rural villages. Upon arrival at your jungle lodge, you’ll be welcomed with a refreshing drink and given a brief orientation about the activities ahead.
As the day draws to a close, head to the Rapti River to witness one of Chitwan’s most breathtaking sunsets, where the sky reflects brilliant shades of orange and gold over the tranquil waters. In the evening, enjoy a lively Tharu cultural dance performance at your lodge, followed by a delicious dinner prepared with local flavors.
