The Chinatown Cultural Center is located inside Wgt Veggie 五观堂素食. Please arrive a few minutes early and inform the receptionist you are here for a cultural workshop. You will be guided to the workshop room, where the instructor will be waiting. Please contact us if you can’t find the place.

برنامج الجولة
You’ll learn the basics of Chinese knotting, a traditional craft rich in symbolism, representing values such as good fortune, happiness, and harmony. After a short introduction to the cultural meanings behind different knots and their uses, your instructor will demonstrate several essential knotting techniques.
You’ll then choose the project you’d like to create. Options include a small hanging ornament, a bracelet, or a piece of jewellery, such as a pair of earring or necklace pendant. Step by step, you’ll learn how to tie and shape the knots with individual guidance throughout the workshop, completing at least one finished piece to take home as a unique handmade souvenir.
