Nestled in the historic town of Kozaki in Chiba Prefecture, near Narita International Airport, Nabedana Brewery offers an intimate sake experience limited to fifteen participants per tour. Guests begin with a guided tour of the brewery, following the sake-making process step by step, from rice preparation and koji cultivation to fermentation and final production. Along the way, brewery staff explain traditional brewing techniques, the role of the toji master brewer, and Nabedana’s commitment to quality ingredients and craftsmanship.
