Itinerary
In my cooking class, you will prepare a traditional Tuscan menu. The cooking class will be held in my restaurant kitchen, which is immersed in the Tuscan town and a splendid view of Tirreno sea. During this rustic cooking lesson, you will go through a brief history of Tuscan and Italian cuisine to experience traditional Tuscan cuisine first-hand in a few hours. The lessons are all “hands-on” so expect to work, play and taste together! After the class, seat yourself to a table to enjoy the lunch or dinner you’ve just made.
