During this private, interactive 1.5 hour class, you'll learn the techniques that professionals use to slice and style meats, cheeses and fruits for a stunning and delicious charcuterie creation. You will leave with your own personal mini board and all the tricks to wow your friends and family at your next gathering. This is a fun and relaxing workshop where we can practice, play and, most importantly, eat!
This intimate and casual class is hosted in my home (South Lake Tahoe location provided via text after booking) where you are welcome to BYOB (wine, beer, etc.). For larger events, I can come to to your home, hotel, office or event space. Simply specify location when you book.
