07:30 Hotel pick up and Departure destination Champagne region. There are approx. 140 km to drive on a highway. One stop at a rest area will be made. The ride takes about 2 hours, and part of it goes along the picturesque Champagne landscapes and vineyards.

10:00 - 11:15 visit the local medium family producer Champagne le Gallais on the top of the hills with beautiful panoramic views over vineyards. Guided visit of the Cellars and production section by a family member or one of their team. Explanations about the Champagne making process and tasting of 2 glasses with descriptions.

13:00 - 14:30 Lunch break in Épernay. We can make a reservation for you or an excellent local restaurant. Épernay is known as the Champagne Capital of France. Located along the Marne river surrounded by the wine hills, it is home to many region’s most prestigious champagne houses. Épernay is a must for champagne lovers. Walk the Avenue of Champagne attracts many tourists.

16:10 - 16:40 Visit the Abbey's Church of Sindulphe d'Hautvillers (Abbaye Saint-Pierre d'Hautvillers). It is a former Benedictine monastery. The Abbey was founded in 665 and remained active till the French Revolution of 1789. Dom Perignon has developed wine-making methods in the region of Champagne. Nowadays, there are 26 local Champagne producers in the village.
