Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a professional chef, who will guide you step by step in the preparation of the emblematic Peruvian ceviche, considered one of the most representative dishes of the country. You will discover the history of this recipe, learn how to select fresh ingredients and learn about the traditional techniques that have made ceviche a reference for world cuisine.
The best thing about this experience is that each participant will prepare their own ceviche, using carefully selected ingredients and following the chef’s instructions, and then enjoy their creation at the end of the workshop.
The experience continues with a fun cocktail class, where an expert bartender will teach you how to prepare the famous Pisco Sour, Peru’s flagship cocktail. You’ll learn the perfect balance between pisco, lemon, gum syrup, egg white and Angostura bitter, while making your own drink in a practical and interactive way.
