For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Cayambe SUMMIT Day 1.- We will review the equipment with your guide at the offices in Quito, 10:30 a.m. We will leave in a southerly direction to the town of Cayambe for lunch, then with our 4x4 vehicle we will arrive at the Ruales Oleas Berge Refuge 4600m (15091.86 feet), in the afternoon we will have a talk and glacier school to handle equipment, depending on the weather, dinner and rest.
Day 2.- In the early hours of the second day at 00:30 a.m., we will have a cup of tea and our suitcases with what we need and we will go out to the summit attempt between 7 to 8 hours walking on ice, very slowly, to reach sunrise between 6 to 7 a.m. return to the shelter, breakfast, return to Quito aroun...
