The tour continues to the Archbishop’s Palace courtyard, then into Les Halles, the town’s 120-year-old indoor food market bustling with life, color, and local flavor.
The experience also includes a walk across the Pont des Marchands, one of the few remaining Roman bridges still inhabited with shops. Throughout the tour, guests enjoy stories, insights, and a relaxed pace with a passionate local guide, accompanied by private transportation to and from Carcassonne.
