Access to this canyon is legally capped: only 15 people per day are allowed in, permit-controlled. That means no queues at the rappels, no waiting behind another group, and long stretches where the only sound is running water. Most Tenerife adventure tours run on volume - this one physically cannot. We're a locally based team that has been guiding these gorges since 2016, with certified canyoning guides who know every anchor, every pool and every escape route in the barranco. You get real technical instruction, not a conveyor belt. And because the canyon is spring-fed year-round, it flows even in summer - a genuine rarity on a volcanic island where most ravines are bone dry.

Swap the beach for a natural waterpark. In Los Carrizales near Masca, you'll rappel down waterfalls, slide volcanic rock and swim in pools hidden in a canyon reachable only on rope.
