Upon arrival at the Adrenalima base in Bagni di Lucca, participants are welcomed by our staff and receive all the necessary equipment: wetsuit, helmet and life jacket. After the change, a certified instructor provides a clear and simple briefing to explain how to move safely and enjoy the experience.
A short walk leads to the entrance of the canyon, where the adventure begins. The route follows the natural course of the stream, crossing crystal clear water pools, natural slides and small rocky passages. The jumps are always optional and each step is tackled with the direct assistance of the instructor.
