Serving as both a ceremonial center and an astronomical observatory, they reveal how ancient peoples measured time and aligned their rituals with the cosmos. Our journey begins with a 30‑minute drive from San Miguel, followed by a short bus ride and a scenic half‑mile walk through the countryside to reach the site. Once there, we’ll explore the three main pyramids, learning about their architecture, symbolism, and the daily life of the people who built them.
