After clearing customs and immigration and collecting your luggage, please proceed outside the airport terminal to Umbrella #10. Our Epic staff will be waiting to greet you.
To confirm your return transfer time, please call 624-124-0220 between 9 AM and 6 PM, at least 24 hours prior to your departure. After a maximum of 30 minutes of waiting, you'll be on your way to your hotel, condo, or villa in one of our brand-new, air-conditioned vehicles with your certified bilingual driver.
On your departure day, please wait at the Lobby Exit at the time indicated by our office at 624-124-0220. Your driver, holding an EPIC sign, will be there to meet you. Please be punctual—we always strive to be on...
