Itinerary
After meeting at subway station, We will move to my kitchen. FirstI will briefly explain how to make radish Kimchi before starting cooking class. Since it takes about 2 hours to marinate radish with salt, radish will be marinated first. After marinating the radish, we will make the seasoning sauce for the radish Kimchi. We'll make enough to give the participants extra seasoning sauce for the next time making radish Kimchi. During the break, we will enjoy lunch at Korean Chinese Restaurant. Guest make the radish Kimchi after marinating radish properly. I will provide guests with plastic containers for radishi kImchi. It will be exciting and interesting class.
