Day 1: Jungle Trekking and Camping 08:30 AM: Pickup from your hotel in Bukit Lawang village. 08:50 AM: Briefing on trekking program and safety guidelines at our meeting point before entering the jungle. 09:00 AM: Enter Gunung Leuser National Park and begin trekking. Search for wild Sumatran orangutans, Thomas's leaf monkeys, gibbons, and tropical birds.
