Your guide picks you up at your hotel and takes you to the first milonga of the night. On the way, they'll give you a preview: the codes, the music, what you're about to see — and their own story with tango. That conversation is part of the experience. At each milonga, your guide stays with you: explaining the cabeceo (the subtle nod used to invite someone to dance), the tandas, the ronda, and the unwritten rules that locals absorb over years. If you'd like to dance, they'll show you how to enter the floor. If you prefer to watch — that's a perfectly wonderful way to spend the evening. Then, on to the second milonga.
