The Bladelin House in Bruges is a beautiful Medieval Castle, dating back to the 15th century. We'll start our tour in this exceptional Monastery Garden and take departure for Bruges' Christmas Magic! This place was once the residence of the wealthy merchant and financier Pieter Bladelin, who played an important role in Bruges’ political and economic life. The house features classic Flemish architecture with ornate details and a charming façade. Today, it stands as a fine example of Bruges’ rich merchant heritage and medieval grandeur.

The Market Square is Bruges’ central square, bustling with energy and lined with historic buildings and cafés. Towering above it is the Belfry, a medieval bell tower offering stunning views over the city. Once used to keep watch and store important documents, it remains one of Bruges’ most iconic landmarks. Here we are at the old harbor of Bruges, once a bustling maritime hub during the medieval period, played a crucial role in shaping the city's economic and cultural identity. During the 12th to 15th centuries, Bruges flourished as one of the most important trading cities in Northern Europe. The old harbor, was the beating heart of the city's international commerce. Merchant ships from the Hanseatic League, Venice, Genoa, England, and the Baltic states arrived with goods like wool, spices, silk, grain, and wine. In return, Bruges exported fine Flemish cloth, tapestries, and other local products. This international trade attracted bankers, merchants, and diplomats, turning Bruges into a cosmopolitan city with a vibrant economy and cultural life.

Explore the oldest square in the city, once home to the castle of the first Flemish Duke. Admire the stunning Holy Blood Chapel and the majestic Town Hall, while you listen to incredible legends and true stories. In the center stands an enormous Christmas tree, its sparkling lights casting a magical glow over the entire square.

Ride along the scenic canals, where the Christmas lights shimmer across the water, reflecting off the swans and the façades of the historic buildings.

Ride past the God’s Houses, the charming almshouses once built for the poor. Today, their white façades glowing softly under strings of Christmas lights. Wreaths and garlands decorate the tiny doors and windows, and warm lanterns flicker in the courtyards, filling the air with a peaceful, festive charm.

Simon Stevin Square, a peaceful spot named after the famous 16th-century mathematician and physicist born in Bruges. Surrounded by trees and elegant shops, it’s a great place to relax or explore more of the city’s charm. Here, you’ll find The Chocolate Line, one of Bruges’ most famous chocolatiers. Founded by master chocolatier Dominique Persoone, it’s known for its bold, creative flavors. A visit here is a must for any chocolate lover and of course we make a stop here!

The Duke’s Palace in Bruges, now a luxury hotel, was once the residence of the Burgundian nobility. This elegant building reflects the grandeur of Bruges' golden age in the 15th century. With its ornate façade, tranquil garden, and rich history, it offers a unique glimpse into the city's aristocratic past.
