Discover a unique experience in the heart of the Umbrian countryside, just minutes from Lake Trasimeno. Visit an ethical buffalo farm in the wild and see these majestic animals in their natural habitat, accompanied by the story of who created this project. You will learn about the history of bison, the characteristics of sustainable farming and visit the atelier where every part of the animal is handcrafted. The experience ends with a lunch on a farm based on bison meat and typical local products, for an authentic journey through nature, tradition and flavors of Umbria.
