Along the way, we’ll taste French cheeses, Algerian pastries, Vietnamese coffee and artisanal jambon parisien from one of its last true producers. We’ll also visit family-run bakeries, neighborhood épiceries and other local institutions that reflect the daily rhythm of eastern Paris.
