It's easily accessible from Osaka and Kobe by highway bus (120 minutes and 60 minutes + a 5-minute taxi ride). Once you arrive at the center, change into your swimsuit, and then walk to the beach with your instructor and high-quality board. After a safety briefing and a discussion about sea conditions, you'll jump into the water with your board!
