After an exciting 4x4 journey through the mountains above Bar, you’ll arrive at Rumija Mountain (1,000m above sea level) for a traditional homemade lunch — the highlight of the experience.
Hosted by a local family, this unique experience offers authentic Montenegrin cuisine prepared in a traditional wood-fired oven. Many of the products you’ll taste — including olive oil, wine, rakija, olives, and pomegranate juice — are homemade and produced by the host family, adding a truly personal and authentic touch to your visit.
Enjoy a variety of meat and vegetable specialties, homemade cheese, and local drinks, all served in a peaceful mountain setting surrounded by nature. Far from the crowds, this relaxing break offers a genuine taste of local life and traditions.
