Participants must have the physical ability to climb and climb off the balloon basket on their own, as access involves moves similar to climbing a high step. Our team can offer basic assistance during boarding and descent, but travelers must be able to make these movements independently to ensure their safety. For safety reasons, this activity is not recommended for people with back problems, pregnant women or people with serious medical conditions, including heart problems. All participants are advised to be in an adequate general physical condition to fully enjoy the experience.
