After picking up the participants in Coimbra, we went to the village of Mealhada to visit one of the oldest wineries in the region. We walk through the tunnels where thousands of bottles age while we hear in detail about the sparkling wine production process. We have the opportunity to taste a red table wine, a white wine and a sparkling wine. After the visit, we will continue on a panoramic tour where we will pass through several wine estates, where we will stop at a viewpoint of the "Maria Gomes" swing to be able to observe some vineyards.
