You will be welcomed on my terrace with a traditional aperitif while I introduce you to the story of my home, my family recipes, and the local products that make Puglia’s cuisine unique.
During the dinner, you will enjoy a selection of traditional appetizers, a homemade first course, a typical main dish with seasonal sides, fresh local fruit, and homemade desserts. Between courses, I will share stories about Puglian traditions, ingredients, and the culture behind each recipe.
