1. Welcome and discover Greek meze
Meet your instructor in our central Athens studio and explore the tradition of meze: small dishes designed to be shared, combined and enjoyed slowly around the table.
2. Prepare seven dishes from scratch
Working in pairs, create a generous selection of Greek meze using fresh ingredients, herbs, spices and olive oil. Make traditional phyllo entirely by hand, from mixing and kneading the dough to rolling it paper-thin and shaping your own cheese pies. Continue with dishes such as tzatziki, dolmades, baked peppers, eggplant rolls, soutzoukakia and a syrupy dessert.
