Upon arrival, you will pour yourself something to drink and equip yourself with an apron for the atelier DE pastry. You will then be taken to the kitchen where the activity will take place. This will be divided EN different stages following the making of the caracs: dough, ganache and icing.
In your place, you will find an organized work plan with all the necessary materials and ingredients for the preparation. You will then be able to make your caracs EN following the demonstration without worrying DE anything.
The activity will end with the assembly and decorating of the various EN elements together and a mid-workshop snack.
