If transportation requested, meet our driver in the hotel lobby (or agreed pick-up point) at your scheduled tour start time. If arranging your own transportation, be at the Property by the scheduled tour start time. For Non-Peninsula locations, transportation fees may apply.

To ensure comfort level of participants, the weight minimum is 60lbs (30 kilos) and the maximum is 280lbs (130 kilos). Generally, children weighing less than the minimum weight limit (60lbs) must enjoy the zipline experience with an adult or guide.

Upon arrival at the WRCT adventure grounds, our tour guides will secure you with a high-quality harness, leather gloves, and a helmet. You will then be given an orientation course, which includes but is not limited to basic zipline information, safety training, breaking techniques, and communication signals. Then it’s time to open your arms and let the adventure begin! The first line is “The Icebreaker” which, as its name suggests, will break the ice and allow you to relax the nerves. Our tour was uniquely designed to spike the adrenaline and build confidence for the ultimate and final line – The Upside-Down Piñata.
