To ensure comfort level of participants, the weight minimum is 60lbs (30 kilos) and the maximum is 280lbs (130 kilos). Generally, children weighing less than the minimum weight limit (60lbs) must enjoy the zipline experience with an adult or guide.

Explore the Costa Rican canopy by ziplining through the dry forests of the prestigious Papagayo Peninsula. The tour has 17 platforms and 9 cables ranging from 330ft to 1,480ft feet in distance. The tour features 2 hanging bridges and 3 climbing ladders, all with security attachments for your safety. Come soar through the trees and experience the beauty of Costa Rica and its abundant wildlife.

If transportation requested, meet our driver in the hotel lobby (or agreed pick-up point) at your scheduled tour start time. If arranging your own transportation, be at the Property by the scheduled tour start time. For Non-Peninsula locations, transportation fees may apply.

Upon arrival at the WRCT adventure grounds, our tour guides will secure you with a high-quality harness, leather gloves, and a helmet. You will then be given an orientation course, which includes but is not limited to basic zipline information, safety training, breaking techniques, and communication signals. Then it’s time to open your arms and let the adventure begin! The first line is “The Icebreaker” which, as its name suggests, will break the ice and allow you to relax the nerves. Our tour was uniquely designed to spike the adrenaline and build confidence for the ultimate and final line – The Upside-Down Piñata.
