Arcadia district and the Pernon Range were once the strongholds of great kingdoms such as Athens and Sparta, the ancient roads that connected the villages were forgotten and disappeared into the wild. We researched, found for and opened the ancient paths. We built fascinating hikes that combine nature, history and tradition.
With a local guide, you will visit picturesque shepherd villages in the Parnon Mountains, we will walk between ridges and streams, blossom forests and ancient roads. A route of about 4-6 hours that includes breaks in some viewpoints with road snacks and mountain tea. Get ready for an unforgettable trip where we will pass between peaks and streams, between ancient villages and local taverns. We will go for a day walking on the ancient roads of the Arcadia mountains, we will experience nature in all its glory, enjoy a picnic and view points along the way. The trip will be a full day, so you should prepare accordingly with food for the trip (we will provide some snacks and drinks)
