You'll be able to ride at your leisure along the most ancient highway in the world. The park covers 4580 hectares along 16km (10-miles) of the Roman road preserving important ancient Roman tombs and villas. The Appia Antica Regional Park has five bicycle trails and there are several free monument that you can visit, such as Circus and Villa of Massenzio, Villa Capo di Bove, Museum of the Walls, as well as monuments with an entry fee (not included). Bikes for adults, children, child seat for infants up to 20kg (must be booked in advance), safety helmets and chain-locks are included in the price.

Museo delle Mura
Free entrance to the main gate of Via Appia Antica, you will be able to enter the left tower to the very top of it allowing you to get a great overview of the city.

Villa di Massenzio
This villa complex, one of the most evocative archaeological areas in the Roman countryside, extends between miles I and II of the via Appia Antica. It comprises three main buildings – the palace, the circus and the dynastic mausoleum, designed in an integral architectonic unit to celebrate the Emperor Maxentius, Constantine the Great's unfortunate adversary in the Battle of Ponte Milvio in 312 AD.
