It's also where real Romans come to shop for ingredients essential to the local cuisine. Your aperitivo experience here, will consist of a pairing of three cold cuts and three cheeses.

The next stop will be determined by the weather. On the warm, pleasant days, local Italians gather at Fischio, a true neighborhood spot where we can enjoy an aperitivo with wine and snacks in the Piazza Eroi. When Rome gets too hot, or the rain is cramping our style, we go to Secondo Tradizione. an elegant establishment where you will enjoy a glass of wine accompanied by an assortment of snacks.
